Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. This applies to insurance co-pays and to products and services you receive during your visit. We accept cash, checks and the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you have a large balance and desire a payment plan, please ask to speak with a representative from our Business Office. Thank you for your consideration.
Insurance
We accept most major insurances for your medical care. As a courtesy, your insurance and coverage will be verified prior to your scheduled appt. Co-payments and deductibles are collected at the time of service.
Prescription Renewal Policy
If you don’t have any refills left on a prescription, contact your Pharmacy and request a prescription renewal. The pharmacy will send an electronic request to our center for electronic approval. Please allow 48 hours for completion. If your physician wants to see you before renewing your prescription, a member of Vital Life Wellness Center will contact you.
